Sub-fund Glenic Energy Ocean – Venture Capital is the closed-end fund. The period of its work is 5 years, but Management Company may prolong this period twice for 1 year if it is necessary.

The aim of sub-fund is investment of attracted assets in scientific-and-technological developments, which are on the edge of progress such as hydrogen engineering, lasers, biotechnologies, nanotechnologies etc.

Investments will be implemented through specially established companies which will finance in research and then will be holders of patents and now-how.

The group of experts, the head of which is Alexander Morozov who has 16 years experience in the field of venture investments in such companies as IBM, AT Kearney, Gartner, Fuji-Keizai, TL Ventures, manage the sub-fund.
